RETAIL HOURS!

While we continue to work towards establishing a retail shop, we will continue to have our entire line of products available (PDF file, 2Mb) for pickup at KitchenCru—a kitchen incubator on NW Broadway & Flanders. We work in the kitchen on Wednesday thru Fridays, and are happy to accomodate order pickups during work-day hours!


FARMERS MARKET NEWS!

In addition to pickups at our kitchen, we offer an assortment of cured products through our farmers markets, including fresh bacon, pancetta, guanciale, and back (or Proper as the Brits would say) bacon from our loins. We may not bring every product to a given market, so if you have a request let us know & we'll be sure to save it for you!

  • Saturdays, January 14 through February 18, Winter Shemanksi Park Farmers Market (SW Park & SW Salmon), 10:00am–2 pm
    All our products - from butchery to charcuterie. Every other week (1/14, 1/21, 2/4, 2/18)
